The Harbor View Knoll area is located next to the Pavilions shopping center and features cute Cape Cod style homes in the heart of Newport Beach.  The homes are considered residential town homes that share one common wall with the neighboring property.  Inventory was extremely low earlier this year but several new listings have come on the market in the last several weeks.  The townhouses are often priced in the high $800,000 to mid $950,000 range and offer a variety of amenities and views.  From the homes currently on the market, views of the community pool, greenbelts and forest areas can be seen.

The inside of the homes will vary a lot.  Since the properties were built in the early 1970's owners have done various degrees or renovation to them.  2730
