The Baycrest Newport Beach community is a wonderful neighborhood filled with mid-century bungalow style homes located in the middle of the city. These are timeless beach homes that were built in the 1950's and still offer the original charm of when they were first built. Since the 1950's many have built brand new construction homes while still retaining the integrity of this classic neighborhood. The area itself is located north of the Back Bay area which is known for it's rare wildlife and lush vegetation. Real Estate prices for the Baycrest community can really vary a lot.
