Bayside Village Manufactured Homes

The Bayside Village community in Newport Beach is a collection of manufactured homes that are located near the water and offers some of the lowest real estate prices in this upscale beach town. The location is really easy to find since it's located off Pacific Coast Highway, near the gated community of Linda Isle and across the street from the Bentley and Porsche auto dealerships. Starting back in 1960, a small section of land near the Newport Beach back bay area was designated for this community. Over the years many newer construction homes have been constructed here and offer resort style living for often under $350,000.
The biggest question we get about the Bayside Village neighborhood are the community fee's. This section of Newport Beach is one leased land so a monthly ground lease payment must be paid every month. These monthly fee's will vary and can be quickly verified when a property is on the market for sale. The rules stipulate that you must live in the property for the first three years before renting the property. Some of the amenities that are included when living here consist of two large clubhouses with a community pool, spa, dog park, fitness and laundry room. There is also a nice community park that sits next to the waters of the Back Bay. The lease land payments which can fluctuate around $2,200 a month for select properties includes water and trash. The best part about living here is not having any homeowners association dues and no land taxes.
Homes rarely come on the market for sale here with one new listing at an incredible price of $134,900. This is a two bedroom, one bath home that features 1,000 square feet of living space and was built in 1961. The interior is vintage 1960's with no modern upgrades done to the property.
