The Bayview Terrace is a great community located near the 73 freeway and Jamboree in Newport Beach, California and located adjacent to the Bayview Court community. The neighborhood is gated and features two to three bedroom single family homes for sale. The Spanish style homes were originally built between 1986-1988 and offer two story living with resort style amenities. A nice community pool as pictured below is located in the middle of the community for all the residents and their guests to use. Select homes in this community will have beautiful views of the Newport Beach back bay natural preserve area.
This is a great location for a number of reasons. First, you are about 5 minutes to the world class shopping center Fashion Island which is home to Neiman Marcus and other high end shops and restaurants. Second, the beach is approximately 10 minutes away with a variety of beaches to choose from including Balboa Island. Finally, the 73 freeway entrance is located very close by making it an easy commute to most locations in Orange County. The homes is under a homeowners association with monthly dues of $190 a month. Home sales in the last 12 months have been steady with homes selling between $750,000 to $1,285,000. Currently there is one property listed for sale for $1,050,000.
