Belcourt Terrace is a very nice gated community located in the high end neighborhood of Belcourt in Newport Beach. This is a residential condo community that features two story townhomes that are located behind the guard gate of Belcourt. The condos are located on a circular street that surround a beautiful pool and pool area as pictured below. This is a very upscale area with home prices well over the $1 million dollar price point for a three or bedroom condo that features 3,000 square feet.
In the last 12 months there have been three condo sales ranging from $1,270,00 to $1,500,000. These units ranged from 2,254 to 3,208 square feet that all sold within the first 21 days of being on the market. This is a very desirable location that offers quick access to the 73 freeway as well as local shopping at the Fashion island shopping center.
