Best Newport Beach Homes For First Time Home Buyer

We work with a lot of first time home buyers who are always trying to figure out the best places to live in Newport Beach. Real Estate prices in Newport Beach have gone up so much in the last several years that it's been really hard for those buying a home for the first time. We still have seen some really good investments that have come on the market this year so it's still not impossible to find a good starter home. There are some of the places we recommend looking when first starting to think about buying a home. We always recommend starting with what your budget will allow and then work your way up. If that means starting with a smaller condo then that typically is the best way to go.
One of the best places we love in the Newport Beach area the condos near Hoag Hospital. Some of the most affordable condos found here are located in a place called "Versailles" which is an excellent place to buy your first starter condo. This is typically the cheapest option but if your budget allows then we recommend neighboring buildings like Villa Balboa, Newport Crest and Newport Terrace which offer nice condos at a higher price point. It's really hard to wrong in this location since it's a nice walking distance to the beach and an easy drive to major attractions like Fashion Island and many of the restaurants found in the Newport Beach area.
Another place we like to recommend is the Villa Point community in Newport Beach. It's really hard to be this location that is situated off Jamboree and Coast Highway. From this location it's an easy walk to Balboa Island and the Newport Bay. it's also a short driving distance to Fashion Island as well. Since the community is gated there is an extra level of security here and some of the properties will also offer golf front views!
If you are budget is a little flexible then we always recommend the Trovare community in Newport Coast. This is also a secure gated community and if you have ever driven through Newport Coast you will quickly understand that this is a very upscale place to live. Real Estate prices in this community are currently around the $1.3 million dollar range and these typically sell very quickly after going on the market.
