The Brookview gated community features residential condos in the Newport Heights area of Newport Beach, California. The complex is made up of 6 separate condo buildings that feature a central community pool as you enter through the private gates. The location is just off Superior Avenue which runs directly down to the beach area and is just a few blocks away. These condos were built 35 years ago and still have the look and appearance of a newer style building. All the units are two bedroom units that are townhouse style and located on two levels.
