The Canyon Crest community is located in Corona Del Mar and near the world class Fashion Island shopping center in Newport Beach. This is a very nice small community of 42 luxury town homes located in the heart of the city. The community was first built in 1975 and built in the Spanish Mediterranean style. The condos offer various floor plans that include two to three bedroom units. Rarely do these town homes come on the market do to the low numbers of properties here.
