Real Estate sales this year have ranged between $1,065,000 for a three bedroom home with an approximate 1,829 square feet of living space to $1,180,000 for the largest floor plan at 2,229 square feet with a total of four bedrooms.  The lowest sale home was built brand new in 2018 and is an incredible price for a single family home in the city of Newport Beach for just under the $1.1 million dollar price point.  Just as a reference, single family homes in Newport Beach typically start just over $1 million dollars with an average 1,400 square feet of living space.
