Granville Newport Beach Rentals

We had a client call into our office this morning requesting more information on a rental property located in the Granville Newport Beach community.  This is one of my favorite neighborhoods that's located near the Fashion Island shopping center and offers top notch security with a 24 hour guard gated entrance.  Rental properties are very rare to come on the market here with only 21 homes have leased in our multiple listing service in the last 16 years with only 3 homes in the last 7 years.  One of the reasons for this low supply is that the large majority of properties here tend to be owner occupied as well as the community being very small to start with.  All of the homes are located on one street called "Granville Drive" which starts at the gated entrance and ends at a cul-de-sac street.  The nice thing about many of the homes here is that they offer nice golf course views with a very private location.
