Harbor Cove Neighborhoods

The Harbor Cove Newport Beach community features two separate neighborhoods located within the 24 hour guard gates known as Harbor Cove Promenade and Harbor Cove Palisades. Both communities were built in the mid 1990's as semi-tract style homes. Built in the Spanish architectural style and offer large square footage homes that are ideal for the growing family. The Palisades neighborhood tends to be more expensive and have slightly larger homes with the biggest home at 4,000 square feet. This is in contract to the Promenade neighborhood that features homes up to 3,364 square feet. All of the residents who live here share the same community pool, spa, barbecue and picnic area. The rooms in both of these neighborhood homes tend to be generous in size and feature two story windows, living room fireplace, individual dining room, gourmet kitchen and attached two car garage. The backyards tend to be on the smaller side but still offer plenty of room to entertain.
The biggest attraction for living here beyond the security of living within a gated community is the location. The world famous Fashion Island shopping center is within walking distance from Harbor Cove as well as the Newport Beach Country Club golf course, the Upper Newport Bay regional park and the Back Bay Golf course. The Upper Newport Bay is visible to a select number of homes located here on the outer ridge of the community. For those who like to head to the beach will love the close proximity to Balboa Island which is an easy 5 minute drive from here while heading to the 73 and 5 freeway is also just minutes away. Real Estate prices for the Promenade community has seen 5 sales in 2015 ranging from $1,450,000 to $1,710,000. The Palisades neighborhood had only sale in 2015 which sold for $2,500,000. Monthly association dues will range between $340.00 to $351.00. Currently there are no active homes for sale and only one home available for lease at $7,500 a month.
