Harbor View Knoll Cape Cod Style Homes

The Harbor View Knoll area is located next to the Pavilions shopping center and features cute Cape Cod style homes in the heart of Newport Beach. The homes are considered residential town homes that share one common wall with the neighboring property. Inventory was extremely low earlier this year but several new listings have come on the market in the last several weeks.
