Meridian Newport Beach Rentals

The Meridian is a great place to find short and long term leases that are located in the heart of Newport Beach.  If you are not familiar with the Meridian it's important to note that this is one of the most sought after upscale condo buildings in all of Newport Beach.  A lot of the condos were built about 7 years ago and located between the Newport Beach country club golf course and the Fashion Island shopping center.  What set these condos apart from others is the large square footage floor plans that can overlook the golf course with luxury amenities like the gated entrance and secure underground parking garage as well as a community pool, fitness center and barbecue area.  Of course, the best benefit of living here is being within walking distance to Fashion Island shopping center which features high end retail stores and restaurants.
