Most Expensive Newport Beach Homes Sold In 2015

The most expensive homes sold in 2015 in Newport Beach all sold for more than $10 million dollars and were some of the most beautiful water front properties in the city. The homes were located in the Balboa Peninsula Point, Harbor Island and Lido Island communities which are all premier bay front neighborhoods.  Here is the current list of the top three Newport Beach homes sold in 2015.

2210 Channel Road, Newport Beach sold for $12,545,000 on 9/11/2015.  Located on the Baloba Peninsula Point this six bedroom, 6,880 square foot water front home sat on an ideal location in the Newport Bay with wonderful water views.  The home featured 127 feet of water footage which was compared to three buildable lots in Newport Beach.  The estate was newly built in 2006 and was on the market for a total of 707 days.  The last time this was on the market was in 2001 when it sold for $5,700,000.

1 Harbor Island, Newport Beach sold for $12,000,000 on 06/12/2015.  Located in the gated community of Harbor Island, this four bedroom, 4,329 square foot home offered on of the best water front locations on the Island.  The 11,300 square foot lot featured a very large 134 feet of water frontage which is very extraordinary for Newport Beach.  This means it can accommodate two 60 foot yachts and two smaller yachts.  In addition, the home came with a gourmet kitchen, pool, spa and a 3 car garage.

926 Via Lido Nord sold for $10,195,000 on 7/15/2015.  Located on the desirable Lido Island community this water front home was the third highest sale for 2015 in Newport Beach.  The four bedroom, 6,700 square foot home was built in the Mediterranean style and had an old world charm to it.  Some of the highest included a 3,000 square foot subterranean 5 car garage, wine cellar, two bonus room and a boat dock that could accommodate a 75 foot yacht.  Situated at the very tip of the Island with panoramic views of the Newport Beach, Harbor Island and Balboa Island.
