Newport Crest is a luxury condo complex located in the beach close neighborhood of Newport Heights.  The complex is ideally situated at the top of Newport Heights and offers amazing views of the Pacific Ocean.  The condos offer great value for the money with condos starting in the mid $600,000 and ocean view units starting in the mid $800,000 range.  For the most part these are three to four bedroom units with some smaller 2 bedroom units available as well.  They average around 1,600 square feet and lease as rentals between $2,600 to $3,600 a month.

Belcourt Terrace is a very nice gated community located in the high end neighborhood of Belcourt in Newport Beach.  This is a residential condo community that features two story townhomes that are located behind the guard gate of Belcourt.  The condos are located on a circular street that surround a beautiful pool and pool area as pictured below. This is a very upscale area with home prices well over the $1 million dollar price point for a three or bedroom condo that features 3,000 square feet.

Belcourt Hill is a gated community in the exclusive Belcourt area of Newport Beach, California.  This is a private community that offers residential condos that can offer wonderful city and skyline views.  The interiors can be very nice in this complex with vaulted ceilings, custom fireplaces, skylights and lower level wine rooms.  The community is located adjacent to the One Ford Road & Belcourt community.  Residents enjoy a central community pool and spa area and the security of being located in a gated neighborhood.

Corsica Villa Townhomes are ideally located off the 73 freeway in Newport Beach, California.  These are residential townhomes located in the Eastbluff area of Newport Beach and built in the Spanish architectural style.  This is a quiet area that was originally built in 1984 with condos located on two levels of living space.  All of the units located here are two bedroom one bath units with the main entertainment spaces located on the lower level and bedrooms situated upstairs.

The Villa Balboa is a great place to find an ocean view condo in the heart of the Newport Beach area.  This complex is very large with a total of approximately 60 units.  The building itself has many angels and offers a wide variety of views that include the Newport Bay, Ocean and Catalina Island.  The large majority of condos in this complex do offer some kind of a view with ocean view condo prices currently starting at just over $400,000 for a simple one bedroom unit that cover just a little over 1,100 square feet.  Luxury condos like the one pictured below will have a more panoramic view of the ocean and city lights and will normally command a premium in price.  Expect these large units to be priced anywhere from the mid $700,000 to well over $1

Newport Beach is a great place when looking for a golf course view home or condo.  For those looking for a well kept luxury town home that offers golf course views then one great neighborhood is the Big Canyon Villas community.  The general Big Canyon area was originally designed back in the 1980's and is a cluster of luxury homes and condos that are located next to the Big Canyon golf course and country club.  Some of the most expensive homes in Big Canyon are located directly in the middle of the golf course and often sell for multi-million dollars.  A great alternative and less expensive option are the condos at Big Canyon Villas.

The Canyon Crest community is located in Corona Del Mar and near the world class Fashion Island shopping center in Newport Beach.  This is a very nice small community of 42 luxury town homes located in the heart of the city.  The community was first built in 1975 and built in the Spanish Mediterranean style.  The condos offer various floor plans that include two to three bedroom units.  Rarely do these town homes come on the market do to the low numbers of properties here.  In the last year, three properties come on the market and sold between $629,000 and $730,000.

The Villa Point community offers a prime location near Balboa Island in Newport Beach, California. The community has 2 distinct neighborhoods within the gated entrance known as Villa Point East and Villa Point West.  This is an ideal location that is within walking distance to Balboa Island, the beach and the Newport Bay.  The community was first originally constructed in the early 1990's and features one to two bedroom condos.  Select condos located on the Villa Point East side will have golf course views while condos on the West side will be located near the largest community pool and recreational center.

The Sandcastle condo community is one of my favorite building for a number of reasons.  For starters, it's located in a prime area in the downtown section of Corona Del Mar.  First, the location is second to none. Located off Alvacado street which makes it way down to the beach from the Irvine Terrace community which is approximately 5 to 6 blocks away.  In the opposite direction, you are walking distance to Fashion Island shopping center which is world renown for it's high end shopping with big names like "Neiman Marcus" and "Bloomingdale's" to name a few.  Since you are located in the downtown area you are just steps away from the many unique shops and local restaurants that line Pacific Coast highway.

The Bayview Court community is tucked away in a quiet location in the heart of Newport Beach.  For those familiar with the Flectcher Jones Mercedes location in Newport Beach will quickly find this location as it's situated down the street from FJ Mercedes.  The neighborhood has a small gated entrance that offers a nice layer of security for those passing by with two story town homes located on a circular street called "Baycrest Ct."  The community pool is located right when you enter through the gates and offers plenty of room to relax and is pictured below.  The community offers two and three bedroom condos for sale that range between 1,015 to 1,861 square feet.  Prices are some of the best to be found in Newport Beach and are typically priced in the
