Newport Beach is an urban city with luxury waterfront properties and hi-rise condo buildings. In the outside perimeter of the city is an area called Santa Ana Heights that is well known for being an equestrian zoned community. The area features large scale homes that often are located next to the Newport Beach Back Bay area with wonderful views of the bay.
