Newport Beach New Construction Homes Built in 2022

One of my favorite things to do is look at new construction homes that come on the market for sale. I know others enjoy this same energy no matter if you are looking to buy a home or just looking for design ideas for your own home. Newport Beach has a wide selection of new construction properties that are available for sale at any given time. Unlike other cities like the neighboring city of Irvine, most of the new construction homes are not located in a planned community, rather they are individual properties that are typically built by a spec builder or real estate developer who is building a single home in any given community in Newport Beach. One exception to this would be the Crystal Cove community in Newport Coast which is currently offering several new construction properties that are on our list as the most expensive homes currently ranging from $27,600,000 to as high as $35,000,000.
Some of the most affordable new construction properties can actually be found in the Village area of Corona Del Mar. These properties have the look and feel for a traditional single family home but are actually classified as condos with often an attached wall in between neighboring properties. This is pretty common for the Village area and would similar to a duplex property except each side is individually owned. These condos currently start at $2,900,000 for a two bedroom condo with an approximate 1,300 square feet. Several of the properties currently on the market are also located in the Spyglass area of Corona Del Mar. This is a really great area with upscale homes with mature landscaping throughout the neighborhood. The huge benefit for living in this section of Newport Beach is the wonderful views that can be seen from several of the homes in this area. It's also an easy drive down into the Village area with easy freeway access as well.
