Newport Beach Ocean View Townhouses

Newport Beach has a large variety of residential homes and condos on the market for sale but very few townhouses.  There are certain neighborhoods where you can find two to three level townhouses that offer views of the ocean.  These are mainly located in the West Newport area near the the Balboa Peninsula.  Here is a quick guide for the best communities to find ocean view townhouses in Newport Beach.

The first place we recommend is the Newport Crest community.  The photo taken below is from an actual Newport Crest unit that sits on the front row and offered panoramic views of the ocean.   The ocean view homes that are currently on the market currently start at $1,150,000 for a three bedroom property with 1,774 square feet of living space and located a couple blocks to the beach.  There are several streets in Newport Crest that will offer some kind of a view but for unobstructed views it's important to find properties on the front row like streets called "Land Fall" and "Swift."   Real Estate prices in Newport Crest continue up to $1,225,000 and typically has the largest inventory of ocean view townhouses in Newport Beach.

The other place we recommend is located on the ocean side of Coast Highway in the West Newport Beach area.  There is a high concentration of townhouses in this area that offer a walk to the beach location.  Select homes in this area will offer ocean views and are typically price similar to those found in Newport Crest.  The biggest difference between the two areas is that the West Newport Beach area is closer to the beach but also tends to be a little congested due to the large number of properties located in this small remote area.  Below are the best ocean view townhouses in Newport Beach that are currently for sale.  Please contact us with any questions.
