Newport Beach Waterfront Townhomes

Newport Beach is one of the best places when looking for water front home.  There are a wide range of luxury estate homes and condos that sit directly on the bay front.  For those looking for a townhouse on the water those are harder to come by in Newport Beach.  The main difference between a condo and a townhouse is that a townhome will be typically located on two different levels with a condo typically just on one.  There are a few places to find waterfront townhouses in Newport Beach that include Bayside Cove, Residences at the Vue Newport, Lido Parc and Newport Marina Village.

Probably the best place to look for two story townhouses in Newport Beach on the water is the Bayside Cove community.  This is a premier complex that offers wonderful water views near the bridge the leads over to Balboa Island.  Real Estate prices are not cheap with one two bedroom listing currently on the market for $2,995,000.  Bayside Cove offers a resort style community pool and a sandy beach that overlooks Balboa Island.  The location is within close proximity to many great restaurants and shopping like Fashion Island shopping center which is just minutes away.  Other places to look at the two story townhomes located in the Lido Village area of Newport Beach.  These sit right next door to the condos at Lido Park Place with one four bedroom listing selling this year for $5.6 million dollars.  One of the reasons for this high sale was that is came with it's own private boat dock that was approximately 70 feet in length.  There is also a very small water front community called Newport Marina Villas that has a few select townhomes facing the water.  These rarely come on the market due to the limited number of homes that exist there.  To learn more about upcoming water front listings in the Newport Beach area please contact an of our local real estate agents at 949-444-1901.
