Newport Crest Pet Policy

Newport Crest is one of the top choices for condo buyers looking to live near the ocean in Newport Beach.  The community has a prime a location with some units offering beautiful ocean views.  We get a lot of calls from buyers and renters looking to live in Newport Crest and want to know the pet policy.  This is normally set by the homeowners association and subject to change.  After speaking with the homeowners association it was confirmed that pets are allowed here.  There are certain rules and regulations that have been set by the association which I will cover next.

Newport Crest requires that pets be kept inside and not allowed to run freely through the neighborhood.  When a pet goes on a walk it is required for them to be on a lease which is understandable.  They are not allowed to be outside and tied to a post of the unit so keep that in mind when the dog is out of the unit.  As you would expect they require that you pick up after your pet and not allow them on common areas like decks and porches that belong to other owners. it's also common sense that they don't want pets to be a nuisance like excessive barking, etc.  The final regulation requires that pets not to enter the enclosed recreational areas.  All of these items are pretty common sense so it seems like it's a pet friendly community as long as everyone abides by the rules.
