When looking for a rental property it tends to be all about location and price as many Newport Beach neighborhoods can have crazy high rent prices.  One of the more affordable places to find a rental property in Newport Beach is a small condo complex called Newport Garden Villas.  First, the location is really hard to beat as it's situated in the upscale Westcliff area of Newport Beach.  From this area it's just a very short driving distance to the Newport Beach back Bay Area as well as all of the retail shopping and restaurants located along Coast Highway.  It's also really ideal when commuting to work as it's just minutes to the 55 freeway onramp which connects to the 5, 73 and 405 freeways.  You are basically in the hub of things with a location that is truly hard to beat at this price point.  

Second, rental prices have gone up in recent years but it still relatively affordable when compared with other rentals in the Newport Beach area.  It was a little over 15 months ago when a two bedroom condo with an approximate 1,066 square feet rented for $2,750 as a 12 month lease.  Today, there is a current rental listing in Newport Garden Villas that also features two bedrooms with an approximate 1,052 square feet and is listed for $3,350 a month.  However, this rental property has been completely renovated and is really quite stunning.  Also, rental prices have dramatically gone up in the last year so $3,350 is not too bad considering the turnkey move-in condition.  Newport Beach has other areas like around Hoag hospital that offer comparable rentals so if you are looking for a rental property in the Newport Beach area please contact any of our local agents at 949-444-1901.
