Newport Shores is a great neighborhood that is located just a few blocks to the beach. If you love mid-century modern style homes you will love this community that predcimantley features properties built in the mid 1960's. This is also a great place to find long term rentals as many owners in this community offer their homes up for annual leases of a 12 month term. This is a very popular rental area due to the close proximity to the beach and typically large inventory of available homes for lease. There are many great restaurants located within a short distance from this location and many residents enjoy riding their beach cruise down to the Newport Pier along the boardwalk.
Newport Shores amenities include a very nice community pool, tennis court, basketball and volleyball court as well as a barbecue area. Rental prices currently run from $4,600 for a three bedroom, two bath home with 1,249 square feet of living space to $6,900 for a four bedroom, three bath home with 2,562 square feet. So what can you expect to find with rental prices in Newport Shores? In the last year we have seen 16 homes rent between $2,200 to $7,500 a month. The large majority of these homes ranged between $3,000 to $4,900 a month and were based on a 12 month lease. There were a few month to month rentals that offer negotiable lease terms but the large majority of these homes were based off an annual lease. Most rentals in this area will be unfurnished and often allow pets but it's important to check with each individual property to owner to see what they will allow.
