Pelican Hill Villas Vacation Rentals

Every summer we experience a big serge in people visiting the Newport Beach area. We got a ton of request for those looking for short term rentals in Newport Beach and the surrounding areas. When clients calling on rental listings they see online many don't realize that a large percentage of rental owners are looking for a long term rental unless they advertise in the listing description that it's a vacation rental. This is especially true for the upscale Newport Coast are where the large majority of luxury rental homes are seeking long term renters and not those visiting for just a couple days. There are several options for those looking to stay in a home versus staying in a hotel. Here is our guideline.
First, many don't realize that the Pelican Hill Resort has it's own private gated community filled with residential homes that are used for those looking to stay for extended periods. The rates are not widely advertised but can be found by inquiring at the hotel or through our real estate company. We recommend dozens of clients each year to the Villas due to it's premier location and outstanding service. I had the pleasure of staying in one of these villas and the service was excellent. After passing through the guard gated entrance a simple check-in was greated by the valet who quickly took me down to my Villa via his golf cart. These are traditional single family homes with 2 car garages and it's own private gated entrance. The rooms were very spacious with vaulted ceilings and a total of 3 bedrooms. The home I stayed at was all on one level but neighboring homes did offer a second floor master suite as well. A private butler attended to any wish that I had including making reservations at one of the great restaurants at the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are what you would expect from a 5 star hotel and is a great place to stay next to the golf course and the Pacific Ocean. Another great option is to look on Airbnb website that offers a wide range of owners who are leasing their home out for short term. This is ideal for those looking for a one or couple night stay and prefers staying in a residential property rather than a hotel. Prices tend to be very competitive and the best view properties tend to book the first.
