One of the benefits of being a real estate agent is getting exclusive viewings of the latest homes and condos to come on the market in Newport Beach.  Not all properties are but on this caravan open house but the large majority of brand new listings like to get this added exposure to qualified agents who may have clients looking for a particular type of property.  Broker Preview in Newport Beach happens every Friday from 11:00am to 2:00pm and often includes refreshments of food and drinks to entice the agents to come to their listing.

The Sandcastle condo community is one of my favorite building for a number of reasons.  For starters, it's located in a prime area in the downtown section of Corona Del Mar.  First, the location is second to none. Located off Alvacado street which makes it way down to the beach from the Irvine Terrace community which is approximately 5 to 6 blocks away.  In the opposite direction, you are walking distance to Fashion Island shopping center which is world renown for it's high end shopping with big names like "Neiman Marcus" and "Bloomingdale's" to name a few.  Since you are located in the downtown area you are just steps away from the many unique shops and local restaurants that line Pacific Coast highway.

Second, the condos are some of the best values

Looking for a home in the Corona Del Mar area of Newport Beach can be difficult especially if you have a budget under $800,000.  Currently, there are four available properties for sale in this price range with no single family homes currently on the market.  The condos area located in the Sandcastle and Canyon Cove Condo building.  The Sandcastle is a smaller condo complex in Corona Del Mar with 46 condo units.  Condos rarely come on the market here and when they do they typically sell very quickly.  We did a quick search for sales in this complex and found a recent sale for $535,000 that features a two bedroom, one bath condo that was just over 900 square feet.  This may be a tough comparison if you are moving here from out of state but if you want to
