A brand new community has come on the market in Newport Beach and is located in the East Bluff - Harbor View area and called "Summer House." Formally two homes have come on the open market with a total of 4 brand new custom homes for sale in the Craftsman style. The homes area large in scale and feature homes ranging from 3,264 to 4,016 square feet with 3 and 4 bedrooms models. The homes boast one of the best locations in Newport Beach as you are within walking distance to the Fashion Island shopping center in Newport Beach and just a quick drive down to Balboa Island and the beach.
