The city of Newport Beach, California is rich in history and offers homes that date back to the early 1910's.  A large majority of these homes were built on the Balboa Peninsula Point which is a small stretch of land that occupies a three to four block radius between the sandy beach and the waters of the Newport Bay.  This is a high density area of Newport Beach with many smaller historic homes built close to each other.
