Versailles Newport Beach Rentals

We get a lot of rental calls for the Versailles complex in Newport Beach due to it's prime location and low rental rates. The Versailles complex is approximately 47 years old and built in the early 1970's. The units are pretty good size considering their age with one bedrooms around the high 400 to mid 700 square feet and two bedrooms in the 1,100 to 1,300 square foot rage. The complex offers a wide range of amenities with a pool, spa, sauna and fitness center. There is even a full kitchen available for bigger events. People love living here due to the short distance to the beach which is within walking distance.
Rental rates as of May 2018 currently start at $1,900 a month for a one bedroom, one bath condo with 721 square feet. Two bedroom rentals start at $2,795 for a 1,392 square foot condo and continue up to $3,500 a month. In the last 6 months we have seen one bedroom rental lease for as low as $1,495 a month which leased out in 4 short days. The other one bedroom units rented for $2,200 a month as a long term 12 month lease. Two bedroom rentals have leased in the last 6 months between $2,400 to $3,000 a month.
All of these rentals are typically long term leases. Long Term is normally 12 months with the owner requiring the first months rent and security deposit fee required before moving in. The security deposit is right around the amount of the first month rental amount with rents often including association dues, trash pickup and water.
