Versailles Ocean View Condos

The Versailles building in Newport Beach, California has a few select condos that can offer wonderful sea views of the Pacific Ocean. The approximate location is adjacent to the Hoag Hospital and Superior Avenue which leads down to the beach. This is an older complex with one story units that were built in the early 1970's. There many individual buildings that are within the Versailles community that are three stories high with condos located on each floor. There is a nice central courtyard and gated patrol at the entrance of Versailles with a very distinctive Italianate architecture.
The majority of ocean view condos located in Versailles are located in the 100, 101 and 102 buildings. These three buildings will face west towards the ocean will have the best ocean views and will also have views of the community pool. It's always best to look for units on the highest floors to maximize the views. There are also some notable views from buildings 300 and 500 Cagney which are located on the north side of the complex and back to Hospital Rd and Superior Avenue. The views from these locations are not as dramatic but will still offer some ocean views. Currently, there is one ocean view condo for sale in the 100 building that is listed for $749,000. It features two bedrooms, two baths with 1,123 square feet.
