The Villa Point community offers a prime location near Balboa Island in Newport Beach, California. The community has 2 distinct neighborhoods within the gated entrance known as Villa Point East and Villa Point West. This is an ideal location that is within walking distance to Balboa Island, the beach and the Newport Bay. The community was first originally constructed in the early 1990's and features one to two bedroom condos. Select condos located on the Villa Point East side will have golf course views while condos on the West side will be located near the largest community pool and recreational center.
Condo sales range in the last 6 months range from $449,000 for a one bedroom condo to $775,000 for a 2 bedroom golf course front condo that faced the Newport Beach County Club Golf Course located on the Villa Point east side. Currently, there are three condos offered for sale and listed between $489,725 to $1,199,000.
