Villa Point is a condo community in Newport Beach that offers nice golf course views for under $1 million dollars.  Located near Balboa Island is a condo community that sits adjacent to the Newport Beach Country Club.  The lower level units that offer golf course views have a nice patio area that connects off the living room and Master suite and offers views of the Country Club greens.  Condos in this area are either located on the lower or upper level with downstairs unit offering a nice patio backyard while upper units offer a nice view deck balcony.
