Westcliff Grove Newport Beach Community

One of the smaller neighborhoods located near the Back Bay Area of Newport Beach is the Westcliff Grove neighborhood. The community features an approximate 29 homes located off Westcliff Drive on the cul-de-sac streets of Blue Gum Lane and Grove Lane. It was first developed in 1979 when the builder built homes that offer three and four bedroom floor plans. Over the years only a couple of these will typically come on the market for sale often priced in the high $1 million to low $2 million dollar range.
The architectural style of Westcliff Grove homes would be a more traditional style with attached two car garages and large entertaining backyards. Many of the interiors have been upgraded with vaulted ceilings, large gourmet kitchens with center islands and French doors that open out to the backyard. It's not uncommon for for homes in this area to have their own private pools with one and two story floor plans. The location is really ideal and within walking distance to the Back Bay Area and Castaway's trail.
