The Dover Shores community in Newport Beach is beautiful neighborhood that is filled with very elegant homes.  One of the reasons that many love this area is due to the various architectural styles that can be found here.  It's not uncommon to see large Mediterranean style homes mixed together with Cape Cod and Bungalow inspired houses.  One of the most captivating designed homes in the Contemporary architectural style.  Since the Dover Shores area sits next to the Back Bay, many have incorporated houses to take advantage of these great views.  Many have turned theses homes that were built in the 1960's in the mid-century design into beautiful Contemporary homes.  Some of the core elements found in a couple of the Contemporary homes currently on the

The Park Lido community is ideally located just blocks to the beach in Newport Beach, California. This is a large community of 98 residences which are attached and classified as single family homes.  This is a really unique neighborhood that is blocked off from street views and offers a very private and serene park like setting.  The association provides four community pools and beautiful grounds which span over a couple acres of land.  When these were first built in 1962 home buyers were given the option of either two or three bedroom floor plans to choose from.  Each of of two and three bedroom units have various square footage sizes with the largest model at 1460 square feet.

The Baycrest Newport Beach community is a wonderful neighborhood filled with mid-century bungalow style homes located in the middle of the city.  These are timeless beach homes that were built in the 1950's and still offer the original charm of when they were first built.  Since the 1950's many have built brand new construction homes while still retaining the integrity of this classic neighborhood.  The area itself is located north of the Back Bay area which is known for it's rare wildlife and lush vegetation.  There are top rated schools in the immediate area with small shopping areas and the beach just blocks away.

Real Estate prices for the Baycrest community can really vary a lot.  A small starter home will typically start around $1.5 million and

The Seawind community is one of my favorite condo buildings in the Newport Beach area due to it's small scale and great location near the beach.  These condos rarely come on the market for sale due to the limited number of units in this complex, 56 condos in total.  For example, in 2014 only one unit came up for sale and quickly sold in 37 days for $445,000.  In 2013, only three units came on the market and quickly sold between $400,000 to $420,000.  This year one listing sold in 39 days for $460,000 in January 2015.

One of the reasons this complex is so popular is the extremely low price points compared to other condo buildings in the Newport Beach area.  Even though the complex is small it has it's own private pool area and detached garages.  Its an
