Newport Crest is a popular condo building in the northern section of Newport Beach and is well known for it's panoramic ocean and Catalina Island views that can be seen from this location as pictured below.  Newport Crest was built in the 1970's and at the time was the premier ocean view condo building.  One of the biggest draws besides the great views is the close proximity to Hoag hospital that employee's many who live in the surrounding Newport Beach area.  One of the newest additions to this area is the new Sunset Ridge park area that can be seen below.  This is a huge open space for children and adults to enjoy the great outdoors which also overlooks the ocean.
