Irvine Terrace is a popular Newport Beach community located in the plush Corona Del Mar area.  It is considered one of the more desirable neighborhoods due to it's prime location that overlooks the Pacific Ocean with Catalina Island and sunset views. The newly released Bravo TV show "Real Estate Wars" features two teams that compete for business in the Orange County area of Southern California.
